If you’re like me for some time now you have been tormented by the super far off idea that one day Disney would actually open the much talked about and over speculated Star Wars Land. Without a hard date on the project, it always seemed like waiting for Christmas….in February. Yeah sure it’s a nice dream but it is NEVER going to get here. Well, today the fine folks at Disney did us a solid and turned “one day” into a reality.

Hidden Gems at Disney
Hidden right in front of your eyes may be some of Disney’s best-kept secrets. It’s one of the things I love and appreciate so much about it. It is easy to get lost in the grander that is Disney, but for me, it’s the small touches that are right there under your nose that the majority of people probably overlook. For instance, have you ever noticed the peanut shells in the concrete near Dumbo’s Circus? What about the 13 lanterns hanging in the Liberty Tree to represent the original 13 colonies. Or the approximate 320 animals that make up the tree of life. I am not even going to try to give an approximate number of hidden Mickey’s in the parks and resorts.
